This contest is open only to those who create a valid account on www.dakotapcwarehouse.com and agree to the terms and conditions of the Pro Football Challenge. This contest is void where prohibited by law and to all residents of the State of Rhode Island.

There is a limit of 1 entry per person and any violation of this limit invalidates all entries by that person.

Each entry must be associated with a valid email address and a natural person.  If requested, all potential prize winners must provide proof of their identity in order to be awarded a prize.  The inability to provide of proof of their identity will invalidate the associated entry.

Grounds for disqualification include but are not limited to:

• Any attempt by an entrant to modify an entry (theirs or others)
• The use of an automated mechanism such as a bot to participate in this contest
• An attempt to circumvent the entry deadlines
• Any other immoral, unethical or illegal activity related to this contest

Even if you haven't had success thus far, Dakota PC Warehouse gives you another chance to win a great prize and to participate in the "Second Season." A new opportunity has arisen to bounce you right back into the contest with a second chance to win a great prize, a 55" Vizio LCD TV with a 3 month cable TV subscription from our sponsor, Cable One! This prize is awarded to the top point earner if they get 1000 points out of a possible 1162 points in the Second Season. If nobody gets 1000 points or more, then a 32" Vizio LCD TV with a K2 Mount will be awarded. Starting on week 9, everyone already entered will get a second season.

There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to participate and all entrants from the first 8 weeks are automatically eligible for the prizes available.

We will also still be rewarding the person with the highest score each week with a $25 in-store gift certificate for use at either store location in North Sioux City, SD or Vermillion, SD.

For each week of the NFL regular season, each participate must predict the winning team for each game. Additionally, each winning team must be assigned a unique integer value between 1 and 16 (or 14 in the case of Weeks 4 - 6, 13 for Weeks 7 - 9, and 15 for Week 10), this number is called the 'confidence value.' The game in which the participant has the most confidence should be assigned the highest confidence value, and the game in which the participant has the lowest confidence should be assigned the confidence value of 1. Participant picks for a given week are not valid until all selections and confidence values have been assigned. For each game correctly predicted, participants will be awarded points equal to the confidence value assigned to that game. The sum total number of points awarded to a participant during the course of a given week's games shall become that participant's 'weekly score.' The sum total of 'weekly scores' for a given participant shall become that participant's 'annual score'. Any game that ends in a tie will be considered incorrect and no points will be awarded.

During the first week of the NFL Season participants will automatically be awarded the correct selection at the highest confidence rating for the game between the Tennessee Titans and the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday, September 10, 2009; all other picks for Week One are due at 12:00pm Central on Sunday, September 13, 2009.

In the event that a participant does not complete all of his/her selections and all of his/her confidence value assignments before the beginning of the first game in a given week, then any selections and confidence values they have made will be considered invalid. In that case, random selections and confidence values will be assigned to that participant for that week. Such a participant is still eligible for any weekly prizes and his/her points for that week will count toward their annual score.

For each week of this contest, the participant who achieves the highest weekly score shall be awarded a $25 gift certificate for use exclusively at Dakota PC Warehouse. If two or more participants have an identical weekly score in the same week, then the first tie-breaker shall be the highest number of correct game-winner selections for that week. If a tie exists after application of the first tie-breaker, then a single winner shall be chosen at random.

Upon the completion of the NFL Regular Season, if the participant who achieves the highest annual score has accumulated 1900 points or more, then they shall be eligible to receive nine VIZIO HDTVs ('Grand Prize') in the following sizes; 19", 22", 26", 32", 37", 42", 47", 52" and 55". These TVs may be refurbished. A maximum of one Grand Prize will be awarded. If two or more participants tie with a highest point total and their point total is 1900 or greater, then the Grand Prize tie-breaker shall be the highest number of correct game-winner selections throughout the entire contest period. If two or more participants are still tied after the application of the Grand Prize tie-breaker, then a Grand Prize winner shall be selected at random from those tied.

If a Grand Prize is awarded, then no First Prize will be awarded; otherwise, the participant who achieves the highest annual score shall be eligible to receive a 32" VIZIO HDTV ('First Prize'). This TV may be refurbished. If two or more participants tie with the highest number of annual points, then the First Prize tie-breaker shall be the highest number of correct game-winner selections throughout the entire contest period. If two or more participants are still tied after the application of the First Prize tie-breaker, then a First Prize winner shall be selected at random from those tied.

Winners of the Grand Prize/First Prize are not eligible for other prizes. Amongst the remaining participants a Gateway E-4500D Desktop Computer (or equivalent) and 19" LCD Monitor shall be awarded to the participant who achieves the highest annual score. These products may be refurbished. If two or more participants tie with the highest number of annual points, then the Second Prize tie-breaker shall be the highest number of correct game-winner selections throughout the entire contest period. If two or more participants are still tied after the application of the Second Prize tie-breaker, then a Second Prize winner shall be selected at random from those tied.

Winners of the Grand Prize/First Prize and Second Prize are not eligible for other prizes.  Amongst the remaining participants a Sony S-730 Digital Camera or equivalent ('Third Prize') shall be awarded to the participant who achieves the highest annual score. This camera may be refurbished. If two or more participants tie with the highest number of annual points, then the Third Prize tie-breaker shall be the highest number of correct game-winner selections throughout the entire contest period. If two or more participants are still tied after the application of the Third Prize tie-breaker, then a Third Prize winner shall be selected at random from those tied.

Dakota PC Warehouse may, at its sole discretion, award additional prizes during the course of the contest. For any additional prizes, the selection criteria for the winning participants is indisputable.

If the NFL Regular Season is not played in its entirety for any reason, this contest is considered null and void.

All potential prize winners will be notified via the email address they provide during registration.  This notification will occur within 5 business days of the contest completion.  Within 30 days of this notification email being sent, potential prize winners must respond with acknowledgement of the notification email.  Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of all prize rights for that entrant.  Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded.  Prize winners may be issued an IRS Form 1099 which documents the value of the prize awarded.

Prizes will only be delivered to a valid U.S. address provided during the registration process. Dakota PC Warehouse will provide shipping free of charge to any location in the continental U.S. for all prizes. If a prize winner is located outside of the continental U.S., then prizes will be shipped only at the expense of the entrant. Any additional applicable fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes may be new or remanufactured.

The laws of the United States govern the Pro Football Challenge. By entering, contestants hold Dakota PC Warehouse, its sponsors, all parent and related companies, all company employees, directors and members harmless for any liability, loss or damage in regards to the contest, and entrants grant these same parties the right to use their name, city and state address, likeness, selections, and contest results in any regards to the Pro Football Challenge or similar contests hosted, sponsored or managed by these same parties.

A list of the prize winners will be provided upon request. Only requests received prior to September 1, 2010 will be returned.

A copy of the rules of this contest will be provided upon request.
